I saw Merlin Mann and Mark Hurst speak on the topic of GTD and todo list software last night. Merlin’s talk at Tekserve centered around the OmniFocus app that I am beta testing now, while Mark’s focus at the SOHO Apple store was on Bit Literacy and the features of his Gootodo web service. Gootodo, seems like the best of the two. Simple easy to understand for a GTD newbie, especially with “move to the future” scheduling features. OmniFocus seems to be all about the algorithm and not really suitable to regular right minded folks, but I’m not giving up yet.
